Evidence for the reimbursement of travel expenses in the 2019/2020 school year

As of this school year, applicants who apply to the school administration for reimbursement of travel costs must provide proof of the costs incurred for school transportation. Proof must be submitted to the school administration by 30.04.2020 at the latest.

The following proofs are recognized:

• One-way tickets / day tickets / weekly tickets / monthly tickets / 4-trip tickets for the Jena public transportation system (these must always be submitted with a sticker attached)
• Subscription cards for the Jena public transport system (proof by letter from the Jena public transport system, copy of the card or account statement with bookings or similar)
• Submission of the vehicle logbook (journeys on the way to school must be clearly recognizable)

Only the cheapest Jena public transport fare can be reimbursed for the approval period. You will find more detailed information on this in your notification.
