Warning strike in public transport on 28.02.2024 and 29.02.2024

The trade union Verdi has again announced warning strikes for public transport for 28.02.2024 and 29.02.2024. In all likelihood, this will also result in restrictions for school transport in and around Jena. It is possible that public transport will be partially or even completely suspended on the two days mentioned.

The schools have been informed about the warning strike.

Minimum supervision for grades 1 to 6 is guaranteed. If individual pupils do not attend lessons due to the traffic obstructions, this is not to be classified as an unexcused absence.
