Registration for grade 5 for the 2026/2027 school year

In the next few days, Jena parents of current fourth graders will receive the required registration letter by post.

Between 16.03.2026 and 21.03.2026, the following documents must be handed in by post or dropped in the school mailbox of the desired school

• the registration letter from the city of Jena with school ID number (original)
• the completed school registration form (can be found under Downloads)
• the last half-year report card or the recommendation for the Gymnasium course (as a copy) or proof of having passed the entrance examination
• If applicable, the negative certificate for sole custody (copy)

Registration by e-mail is not possible. The original registration letter must always be submitted to the school of choice!
