Registration for class 1 for the 2027/2028 school year

The registration of future first graders for the school year 2027/2028 will take place in the city of Jena from 02. to 10.05.2026.

In the next few days, all families with children starting school will receive a letter from the City of Jena with their personal school ID and all important information on the further procedure. If you would like to register your child at an independent school, this registration must take place before the above-mentioned registration period for state schools.
