Protestant Primary School Jena
The Evangelische Grundschule Jena is an inclusive all-day school run by an independent organization. Here, school is seen as a place for children to live, learn and experience, which is based on an image of humanity derived from biblical and humanistic sources in all aspects of life.
In line with the guiding principles of the school concept, the school and after-school care center have the task of maintaining the joy of learning, promoting independence and supporting the personal development of the children. With its focus, the school builds on the rich tradition of church music in Thuringia. All pupils learn the basics of singing, rhythm and notation as well as elementary instrumental lessons.
