Registration for grade 5 for the 2025/2026 school year

In the next few days, Jena parents of current fourth graders will receive the required registration letter by post.

Between 03.03.2025 and 08.03.2025, the following documents must be submitted by post or by dropping them in the school mailbox of the desired school:

• the registration letter from the city of Jena with school ID number (original)
• the completed school registration form (this can be found on the website of your preferred school)
• the last half-year report card or the recommendation for the Gymnasium course (as a copy) or proof that you have passed the entrance examination
• If applicable, the negative certificate for sole custody (copy)

Registration by e-mail is not possible. The original registration letter must always be submitted to the school of choice!
