Registration of new school entrants by post only

Due to the pandemic, the planned school registration for the new first graders on 16.12.2020 has to be reorganized. Unfortunately, parents will not be able to attend their child's preferred primary or community school in person this year. We therefore ask you, dear parents, to register your child at the desired school exclusively by post or by dropping it in the school letterbox.

The changed registration period is from 30.11. to 11.12.2020.

Registration by email is not possible. The original school registration form must be submitted!

Please put the following documents together in an envelope

• the original school registration form already sent to you with your preferred school entered,
• the completed school registration form for new school entrants(see downloads),
• a copy of the child's birth certificate,
• if applicable, the negative certificate for sole custody and
• if applicable, an informal application for a desired deferral of the school child for medical reasons.

Please also refer to the information from the health department on the school entrance examination, the information sheet on the collection of personal data or on the homepage of the enrolment school as well as the corrected internet addresses of the Lobeda community schools TGS "Kulturanum" and TGS "Lobdeburgschule".
