Revision of the fee regulations for renting rooms of the Youth and Education Department

At its meeting on 25.01.2023, the Jena City Council resolved to revise the fee regulations for renting rooms of the Youth and Education Department.

Furthermore, as of 01.01.2023, the City of Jena is obliged to pay VAT for specialist rooms, computer cabinets, assembly halls, kitchens and dining rooms in accordance with § 4 No. 12 UStG, so that the user fees from the newly adopted statutes will increase accordingly. General classrooms remain unaffected by the VAT regulation.
