State elementary school "Nordschule" Jena
We offer interdisciplinary lessons with proven and new didactic-methodical forms of teaching, varied methods, project work, independent work with cooperative and social forms of learning. Our pupils learn from 8:00 to 13:35. They are graded from year 3 onwards.
Through targeted support and differentiation, we want to do justice to the individual requirements of each child and promote talents and interests. Our everyday school life is complemented by a variety of learning and sports competitions, festivals, excursions, hiking days, class trips and sponsorship activities. After school, we offer after-school care until 5 p.m. with a wide range of leisure activities.
