Gradual opening of schools from 27.04.2020

Since 20.04.2020, "learning at home" has continued for all students.

1. from 27.04.2020 there will be face-to-face lessons again for:

• High school graduates(Gymnasium, TGS, GesS, Kolleg, Berufl. Gymnasium)
• Vocational schools: Final classes of the higher vocational school in the field of geriatric care
• the central final examinations for tax clerks.

2. from 04.05.2020, face-to-face teaching will begin for graduating classes with the aim of

• Secondary school leaving certificate and qualifying secondary school leaving certificate
• Secondary school certificate
• Special performance assessment (BLF)
• Graduating classes of the vocational schools

3. from 07.05.2020, face-to-face lessons will again take place for pupils of all grades with special support needs

4. from 11.05.2020, fourth-graders at primary and community schools will be able to take part in face-to-face lessons again.

A decision will be made after 30.04.2020 on the next steps for the resumption of face-to-face teaching.

Regular after-school care will not take place until further notice. From 02.06.2020 at the latest, all pupils in Thuringia will again receive face-to-face lessons in a form adapted to the conditions of the corona pandemic.
