Travel expense applications for the 2019/2020 school year now available

Applications for the reimbursement of school transport services for the 2019/2020 school year are now available in the school secretariats, in the service portal of the city of Jena under the service Apply for school transport services and from the school administration of the city of Jena (Youth Welfare Office, Am Anger 13, 07743 Jena).

Applications for statutory benefits (tickets or cash benefits)

The application must be received by the school administration by 03.05.2019; only then can the activation or initial provision of the chip card on 19.08.2019 (first day of school) and the sending of the notification be guaranteed.

Applications for optional school benefits (cash benefit with 30, 40 or 50 %)

The application must be received by the school administration by 30.10.2019; otherwise only the pro rata period from the date of application can be taken into account.

Applications for a mobility ticket (travel pass)

The application must be received by the school administration by 03.05.2019; only then can the issue of the school holiday ticket (to be collected from 01.07.2019 to 05.07.2019 in the school administration, see notification) and the activation or provision of the chip card on 19.08.2019 (first day of school) be guaranteed.
