Angergymnasium offers a wide range of courses in general education, science, languages and the arts.

We are a general secondary school with a focus on the natural sciences.

We support individual development opportunities. Challenge and support through differentiation - this is the basic idea that we work on as a team of teachers and school social workers.

The Carl-Zeiss-Gymnasium with its special classes in mathematics, science and technology is the East Thuringian center for the promotion of gifted students in these subjects with boarding school options from grade 9.
